Columbiana County Port Authority is an alliance of government and businesses working together for economic development in Columbiana County, to develop new business, assist and encourage growth of existing businesses, and enhance employment for the area’s skilled and vibrant workforce.

New Lisbon, as it was originally known, is located in Center Township and is the county seat of Columbiana County, Ohio. As the second oldest settlement in Ohio, Lisbon has a rich and storied history that is still evident in the historic buildings and residences throughout the village, and our beautiful downtown is the economic center of our community.
