Johnny Appleseed Festival Web Page Update

Congratulations to the 2018-2019 Johnny Appleseed Queen, Morgan Urmson and the royal court, Natalie Ammon and Tessa Young, as well as the new Little Miss Appleblossom and Little Mister Applebud!

Johnny Appleseed Festival Web Page Update

We are looking to revamp the Appleseed Festival's part of this website, to extend info about the festival beyond forms and a history of Johnny Appleseed. We would like to ask for everyone's help with this project. We want to compile a massive archive of photos from the Johnny Appleseed Festival from all 51 years, 1967-2018. We're looking for anything, doesn't matter what they picture. People, events, games, rides, you name it. We've opened up a MediaFire FlieDrop folder for these images where you can just drag and drop them.

Click here to upload your photos
Note: I made this folder accessible with this link, even if you don't sign in.

We are also looking for statements from past JAF queens, for a section called "Meet the Queens". In that section of the website, We would like to add names and photos of past queens along with a short statement from each queen, responding to this question...

"What does representing the Johnny Appleseed Festival mean to you?"

We'd like to get as many queens as possible to send me their statements. If you would like to submit your statement, please send your name, a photo (your photo can be from your year as queen/court or a current photo, with or without your crown/sash), the year you represented the festival, along with your statement to Marilyn McCullough. Please add "JAF Queen" in your subject line for the e-mail.

We are also looking to talk to any individuals who were at the very first Festival, and still attend. Please contact Marilyn McCullough if you would like to be interviewed regarding the Appleseed Festival's 51 year run.

Thank you in advance!
